LID Round 2, Day 3

Dinner sounds fancy, but a paillard is actually just a piece of meat that has been pounded thin and sauteed. Easy breezy. It’s a good technique to use when you have to limit the amount of meat you eat.

LID Day 3

I usually make grits with milk and butter, but this time I just used water and added a tablespoon of Earth Balance Soy-Free Buttery Spread. It was fine.

For lunch I had Chiang Mail Curry Noodle Soup with Vegetables. So good.

Still not suffering on LID.

What I ate today:

Breakfast:  Coffee with non-dairy creamer
Lunch:  Chiang Mai Curry Noodle Soup with Vegetables
Dinner:  Chicken Paillard, Stone-Ground Yellow Grits, and Sauteed Rapini with Turnips
